99 Nights in the Forest Map: All Locations and Biomes

Where everything is, which biomes you get each run, and the route that gets you loot without losing the fire.

  • 3 biomes per run
  • 1 Map = 3 wood
  • Press M to open

The 99 Nights in the Forest map is mostly fog at the start. The bigger you grow the campfire, the further the fog pulls back and the more of the forest you can reach.

Every run has the Forest and the Jungle, plus either the Snow Biome or the Volcanic Biome. Learning where the key spots sit saves time on day one and keeps you close to the fire at night.

Getting started

How the map works

  • Craft the Map at the Crafting Bench for 3 wood, ideally on day 1.
  • Press M to open it. It shows the campfire, biome borders and major landmarks.
  • Fog hides most of the forest at first. Upgrading the campfire pushes the fog back and opens more of the map.
  • Check the biome borders early so you know whether your run has Snow or Volcanic.
